• Verifiable source of monthly income

• Positive credit background history

• Rental history in good standing

• No Guarantors accepted

Applying

• Complete application(s) for everyone over 18 years old

• Include 3 current paycheck stubs or 3 current bank statements (For Each Applicant)

• Application fee(s) $40.00 per application
